I highly recommend that you don’t try Accutane. I’ve had a lot of clients do it with really bad side effects. Sometimes depression, sometimes just really messing up their insides. First you need to understand that you’re breaking out because of the 2 basic acne causes: unbalanced hormones and overload of toxins. That’s why teenagers and pregnant women usually breakout. If you want to stop it you’re going to have to take extra good care of it.

So remember, if you don’t listen to anything else, remember this: acne is your body trying to tell you that something is wrong on the inside. Don’t focus on outside treatments like proactiv, and if you ask a lot of people, most of the time when they stop using proactiv, their acne comes back. Why?
