I would use stiff small makeup brush if you have one. If not then try using you finger. Dab it on instead of rubbing it. You will get better coverage that way, and set it with some powder. For the job, or your finger. I personally like using my finger beside I can blend it out a lot easier instead of trying to blend it with the concealer brush I find that using my finge also makes it look better and not cakey.
