I’m a bit concerned about certain reports that claim that Accutane can make young patients (who are still growing) stop growing by prematurely fusing their growth plates.

I took Accutane when I was 15 and didn’t grow at all after then but am unsure of whether this was just natural or whether it was an adverse side effect of Accutane.

So my question is to all other people who took Accutane before the age of 17 or 18.

Did you grow in height at all (even a cm) during or after taking Accutane?

What dosage did you take (e.g. 1mg per kg per day) and for how many months did you take it for?

I took a dosage of 1 mg/kg per day for 6 months.
