Ok, so I am a 12 year old with a mild case of acne. My doctor recommended that I go and see a skin specialist before my acne gets worse. The skin specialist put me on a tablet for one month and a half but still no improvement so now she has put me on roaccutane (accutane). She went through all the side effects with me and I asked my mum any questions that I found personal but I still have a few things that are bothering me. Here are my questions:
Will accutane affect my period?
I did ask my mum this question but I am not sure if she understood what I really meant.
Because I have just started my periods and they are irregular will accutane make them even more irregular??
Will my periods come back after the accutane treatment??
Can someone please tell me every thing they know about accutane and if they affect periods because I have heard that certain medication affects periods.

Really what I need is positive feedback about accutane and if it does any thing to periods. Can all those girls out there who have experienced the accutane treatment please help me because these questions are really bothering me.
